I spent the last three days combining human centered design and rapid prototyping developing financial products to address individuals with fluctuating incomes. Some people refer to that as income volatility, but when it is your daily life it is more aptly described as "I don't have a steady paycheck."
We brainstormed ideas, focused in on 3 key ideas and then iterated the hell out of them generating over 300 versions while interacting with 30 users! How did we do that? We employed a novel method that allowed us to make changes to our prototype while we were working with our users.
